Good Afternoon Wilson Wranglers!

 

Check out this video about our 6th Grade Math League!  They competed last semester and did awesome!  Way to Go!

 All 4^th quarter sports (Baseball for 7^th and 8^th  grade, Volleyball for 7^th and 8^th grade, and Track for 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grade) will begin the first day back from Spring Break (Monday, March 23^rd). All paperwork needs to be turned in by Friday, March 13^th. If you have any questions please see Mr. Linn.

 Wilson’s 4^th Annual Food Drive runs from Feb. 18^th – March 6^th. Any non-perishable food items are welcomed, but please no glass containers. The competition will be run through AFT classes and the top 9 classes (school wide) will win an Eegee’s Party.  

Remember, no school tomorrow or Friday due to Rodeo Break.

The book fair will be open today until 3:30, but it will close at 1:30 on Thursday and 12:30 on Friday.

Our 4^th Annual Food Drive kicks-off this week and runs through Friday, March 6^th. The food we collect will be donated to Interfaith Community Services, which provides food to our local community. Last year we collected over 3,000 lbs. of food and our goal is to match that again this year. Leadership students will be putting out the collection boxes this afternoon. Any non-perishable food items are welcome, but please no glass containers. The items that are most needed include:

 

-          Canned meat

-          Canned pasta sauce

-          Pasta

-          Rice

-          Meals in a can (soup, chili, ravioli, etc.)

 

The top 9 classes will win an Eegees’s party (AFT for middle school). Thanks for your support with this significant community service. If you have any questions, see Mr. Linn.

Did you know that money raised by the Book Fair goes to new computers for the library? Buy a book, poster, bookmark or pen and help support new technology for the library.

All students will come to the Book Fair with their Language Arts or Reading teacher next week.

You can also visit the Book Fair during lunch if you get a "Lunch Ticket".  Ask your AFT, Language Arts or reading teacher for one of these tickets.
